POWER MASTER engines include the following:

All GEX Long Block engines are Hot Run Tested.  This means that we temporarily install carburetion and other accessories to actually fire them up to run our complete battery of tests before the GEX name goes on.   Anyone can promise improved performance from their 411 replacement engines. But at GEX, we can guarantee it. To honestly measure an engine's performance, you have to use the industry standards, horsepower and torque.     The amount of horsepower developed determines how quickly your bus or van can accelerate. Torque equates to pulling power such as encountered while climbing a steep hill. When you compare the numbers, it's easy to see that GEX POWER MASTER engines truly deliver improved performance. The chart above shows the expected horsepower gain possible when changing up to a GEX POWER MASTER engine from the engine sizes listed.

To make that engine run cooler, smoother, longer and with less maintenance, we recommend that you consider the following options:

2100 cc - We can now upgrade these engines to 96 mm Pistons & Cylinders changing from 2.0 liter to approximately 2.1 liter.   Electronic Balancing - For longer life and a smooth running engine.   Counterweighted Crankshaft - Allows engine to run smoother and ultimately to last longer.   Maxi Oil Pump - Closer tolerances than a stock pump, provides added volume and increased oil pressure during low speed operation.   Installation Kit - Now is the time to replace those worn out or missing accessories.
