Be sure that you are ordering the correct engine or component. No provisions are made for labor to remove or replace an incorrect application. Check the parts side by side before installing. Sorry, but due to the high cost of preparing and packaging an order, we have a minimum order size of  $ 100.00.

REBUILDABLE cores may be returned for credit only within 90 days of the original purchase date. All cores returned will be accepted on a like-for-like basis and must be REBUILDABLE. Freight to GEX must be PREPAID.

We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. We can also accept Check by Fax. Please call for details. We cannot accept credit card orders from outside of the U.S.A. These orders require a bank check or a bank wire transfer.

All returns must have prior authorization. Our customer service department will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, which MUST accompany any return. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any shipping cost that we paid on the original order. A copy of the original invoice must accompany all returned items. No returns accepted after 30 days from the invoice date or on special order merchandise.

Prices are net FOB our warehouse in Booneville, Arkansas, U.S.A. Although every attempt is made to keep our published prices current, they are subject to change without notice.  The website prices are usually correct.  

Should any package appear to be damaged at the time of delivery, a claim for damage must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier. It is always necessary to obtain a DAMAGED FREIGHT INSPECTION REPORT from the responsible carrier.

GEX PREMIUM stock engines are warranted for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.  See individual warranty cards, that are supplied with each engine, for details.  Our engine sales are tracked through the WARRANTY CARD NUMBER. If a problem should occur, it should be brought to the attention for the GEX Warranty Manager at 800 423-1869 before any repair work, other than diagnosis, is started.  You will need to supply the WARRANTY CARD NUMBER before any a repair authorization can be given.   Authorizations will be given over the phone and followed by a purchase order.   All authorized repairs will be reimbursed at a rate not to exceed 100% of the Mitchell Repair Manual's published flat rate schedule.  Hourly rates will be paid in accordance with the original installation rate, not to exceed $ 36.00 per flat rate hour.   Parts will be either supplied or reimbursed at cost.  Warranty claims should be submitted on the repairing garage's work order with our P.O. attached.   Unauthorized repairs will not be considered for reimbursement.
