Flywheel cores are first checked for good teeth, good dowel pin holes and also to make sure it has not been worn or cut too deep. We then micro-polish the seal area, and resurface the dowel pin area. Finally, GEX flywheels are precision machined to exacting specifications on the clutch mating surface and on the pressure plate seating area. |
