Type I, II & III
The Key to re-manufacturing a quality cylinder head is to start by carefully selecting only the best head cores. These selected cores are then machined to exacting tolerances. Valve guides are replaced with heavy duty manganese-bronze guides that are harder and more durable than Original Equipment. |

These guides are designed for extreme wear resistance and improved lubrication. Valve seats are replaced with chromoly alloy steel, heat treated seats, which are extremely hard and allow a high heat transfer rate from the valve to the cylinder head. GEX seats surpass even the original factory specs. GEX heads are set up for unleaded use and are fully assembled with new exhaust valves, springs and retainers, ready for installation. |
