Bigger valves aren't just dropped in, they are matched with new larger chromoly heat treated seats and manganese bronze valve guides. The bowl area below the seats is first precision machine cut and ultimately hand blended to ensure the smoothest possible transition from the port to the seat. Sure, anyone can offer a Big Valve Head, but GEX does it Best. |

GEX 041 Heads |
These heads feature all new larger 39 mm intake valves and 32 mm exhaust valves with new springs. Available from rebuilt or new castings. Perfect for smaller displacement engines from 1600 and 1641 cc to intermediate size motors with mild cams from 1776 to 1904 cc. These are standard equipment on the GEX 1776, 1835 & 1904 cc engines. |

GEX 042 Heads |
With all new larger 40 mm intake and 35.5 mm exhaust, these heads work very well with larger displacement engines or smaller motors with bigger cams turning high r.p.m.'s. They have Stainless steel valves, hardened keepers, new retainers and heavy duty valve springs. Available from either a New or Rebuilt casting. These heads come standard on all GEX engines over 2000 cc's. |
